 The Form 1 is an important document containing information about the property being sold. 

The Form 1 is required under Section 7 of the Land and Business (Sale and Conveyancing) Act 1994.

The document includes details of the vendors, cooling off rights, mortgages, charges, encumbrances, and council and other prescribed searches. 

 NSA Conveyancing can assist with the transfer of property due to family breakdown, deceased estate, or the transfer to children or other family members.

Business Settlements include any lease assignments or transfers, stamp duty requirements, business name changes and any staff entitlements.

As part of Business Settlements, there may be a requirement to transfer a Liquor Licence or even apply for a new or varied licence.
